We ship worldwide, except China, Africa and the Middle East.
Your fingerprint kit (optional) and final engraved necklaces orders are sent via international post.
All Violette Jocale customers will receive an email providing a tracking number and link to track once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping costs vary accordingly and the costs includes the shipping of fingerprint kit (where necessary) & final keepsake if required.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely scenario you receive goods which are damaged or faulty please contact us at info@violettejoclae.com within 48 hours of receiving your order along with an image of the damage and / or fault, and proof of order. Please note all items are clearly checked and packed prior to delivering.
Our Violette Jocale team will review your claim and replace at our discretion based on an investigation.
